Receipt Scanner

1. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
• License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Account: To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
  • Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
  • Upload malicious code or content.

2. Data and Storage

• User Data: The App collects only your email address and password, which are stored securely on our servers.
• Receipt Data: All scanned or manually entered receipt data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, on your Google Drive account. We do not store or retain receipt data on our servers.
• AI Processing: Receipt scanning is performed by a third-party artificial intelligence service. Scanned receipt images are temporarily sent to this service for processing, and only the extracted data is returned to the App. We do not retain copies of your receipt images.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Drive: If you choose to back up receipt data to Google Drive, you are subject to Google’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for Google Drive’s availability, security, or practices.
• AI Service: The third-party AI service used for receipt scanning is subject to its own terms and policies. We are not liable for any issues arising from the AI service’s performance or data handling.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Receipt Scanner & Save Money and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
• You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account by contacting us at receiptscanner.savemoney@outlook.com.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, secure, or always available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receipt Scanner & Save Money is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or profits.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Konya, Turkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
