1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password.
• Receipt Data: All scanned or manually entered receipt data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable it, on your Google Drive account. We do not collect, store, or access your receipt data on our servers.
• Usage Data: We may collect non-personal, aggregated data about how the App is used (e.g., frequency of scans) to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Account Information:

• To create and manage your account.
• To authenticate your identity when you log in.
• To communicate with you about the App, including updates or support.

Receipt Data: We do not access or use your receipt data. Receipt images are temporarily sent to a third-party AI service for scanning, and only the extracted data is returned to your device.

3. Third-Party Services

• AI Scanning Service: To process receipt scans, we use a third-party AI service. Receipt images are sent to this service temporarily and are not stored by the service after processing. The AI service may have its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
• Google Drive: If you enable Google Drive backups, your receipt data is stored in your Google Drive account. Google’s privacy policies apply to this data, and we have no control over Google’s practices.

4. Data Security

• We use industry-standard security measures (e.g., encryption) to protect your email and password.
• Since receipt data is stored locally or on Google Drive, you are responsible for securing your device and Google Drive account.

5. Data Retention

• We retain your email and password for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove this information from our servers within 30 days.
• We do not retain receipt data or scanned images.

6. Your Rights

• If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have additional rights, such as requesting a copy of your data or restricting processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn such data has been collected, we will delete it.

8. International Transfers

If you are outside Turkiye, your account information may be transferred to and stored in Turkiye. We ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
